Valentine’s Day Prix Fixe Menu (February 14 & 15)

first course
~cream of mushroom soup with duxelles, thyme oil
~nantucket bay scallops ceviche with heirloom citrus, shaved red onion, crispy potato chips, cilantro, coconut
~beet panzanella salad with buttermilk biscuit, strawberry balsamic, shaved apples, winter greens, fresh pulled mozzarella
~ember roasted rainbow carrots with white bean hummus, dukkah, lime herb crème fraiche, mint

second course
~steak frites with grilled ribeye, hand cut frites, chimichurri aioli, caramelized onions
~“falafel” herb fritters with tabbouleh, tahini sauce, pickled red onions, yogurt, warm pita bread
~lobster casarecce with vanilla celeriac puree, saffron cream, kale, shallots, shaved cheese, herb bread crumbs
~braised short ribs with cheddar grtis, french onion jus, red cabbage & onion maramalade, baby bok choy

third course
~lemon budino with crispy meringue, blueberry drizzle
~hazelnut butter cake with chocolate hazelnut ganache, salted caramel ice cream
~chocolate torte with candied pistachio, vanilla whipped cream, mint, strawberry coulis

prix fixe menu ~ $55 per person, optional wine pairing $14, tax & gratuity not included

as a courtesy to all our guests, tables are reserved at two hour intervals.
