first course

~winter squash soup with roasted pepitas, toasted marshmallow, cranberries

~rabbit meatballs with braised red cabbage, apple butter, spiced walnuts

~fried calamari with saffron tomato broth, pickled aioli, benne seeds, cilantro

~roasted beets with brioche, whipped chevre, thyme vinaigrette, apples, arugula

second course

~ny strip with crispy rosemary fingerlings, mushrooms duxelles, roasted garlic & sunchoke puree, red wine jus

~ricotta gnudi with sautéed broccoli rabe, charred fennel, confit onions, tomato sauce, herb bread crumbs, parmesan

~seared scallops with celery root bisque, roasted leeks, smoked carrots, caramelized shallot jam, spiced hazelnuts

~grilled duck breast with sweet potato puree, confit croquettes, braised cabbage & mushrooms, cherry glaze

konstantin d frank, dry riesling, ny or rutherford wine, syrah/barbera blend, ca

 

third course

~chocolate crème brulee with blueberries, mint

~hazelnut butter cake with chocolate hazelnut ganache, salted caramel ice cream

~warm apple cobbler with spiced caramel, candied walnuts, vanilla ice cream

locally roasted gimme coffee or harney and sons tea
