~cream of mushroom soup with fried brioche, spicy herb oil
~rustic duck terrine with cherry reduction, braised green cabbage, spicy aioli, cornichons

second course
~grilled rib-eye steak with rosemary fingerlings, roasted garlic & sunchoke puree, caramelized onions, red wine butter

~lobster casarecce with vanilla celery root puree, roasted fennel, preserved lemon
~rabbit pot pie with root vegetables, broccoli rabe, tart blueberry jam
