Prix Fixe Menu
~choose one of the following from each course~

first course
~chilled coconut curry soup with toasted coconut, micro cilantro, lime oil
~asparagus with burrata, field greens, pickled red onion, lemon vinaigrette
~spring onion & herb sausage with creamy polenta, coleslaw, cilantro, benne seeds

second course
~pan seared salmon with green gazpacho, grilled ramps, creamed spinach, rhubarb marmalade
~roasted chicken with spring buttermilk biscuit panzanella salad, lemon thyme velouté, salsa verde
~rigatoni with roasted beets, pea tendrils, ricotta, candied lemon peel
~ny strip steak with grilled asparagus, roasted potatoes, béarnaise, red wine jus

third course
~white chocolate pot de crème with strawberry compote, pistachio streusel
~hazelnut butter cake with chocolate hazelnut ganache, salted caramel ice cream
~goat cheesecake with rhubarb puree, candied lemon

Reservations for Cornell Commencement 2019 will take place Tuesday March 12, 2019 at 10 am est by phone only. (607-387-4433)

That weekend we will be offering a three course prix fixe meal (with options in each course) for $63 per person, not including tax, gratuity or beverages. The menu will be posted May 1st. We require a credit card to hold the reservation although nothing will be charged to your card unless you cancel, then a $15 per person cancellation fee will apply. We can only accommodate parties of 11 guests and under.
