Justin Paterson, chef & Lisa Jonckheere
Justin and Lisa have both been in the hospitality industry for over 10 years. After meeting while working at Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida, they moved to Chicago to expand their knowledge. Justin further developed his passion for the culinary arts and Lisa expanded her knowledge in the behind-the-scenes administrative side of the industry. Since moving to the Finger Lakes area, they are enjoying Trumansburg and the small town community.
Matt Kelly, chef
Matt is currently the chef at Hazelnut Kitchen in Trumansburg NY. Previous to moving to the Finger Lakes Matt worked in Chicago at Province and 160 Blue. Matt and Justin have worked together for the past two years and have similar philosophes for farm to table cuisine. Matt is excited to work closely with the farmers in Trumansburg and the surrounding area.
Lucky & Calley, fat cats
We have met so many farm dogs, we thought you would like to meet our restaurant cats. Although they don’t spend any time in the restaurant they are both fed very well. They are enjoying the move to the country; especially all the bugs!
