Friday December 31st.
We will be serving a three course prix fixe menu, $55 per person. The dining room will be limited to 40 guests. We are requiring a credit card to hold your reservation. Should you cancel your reservation, at any time, you will be charged a $20 per person cancellation fee.
New Year’s Eve Prix Fixe Menu
choose one of the following from each course
~shaved apple salad with dried cranberries, apple cinnamon vinaigrette, candied pecans, crumbled blue yonder
~brussel sprouts with maple bacon lardons, candied hazelnuts, pickled red onions, cranberry drizzle
~curried cauliflower soup with toasted peanuts, apples, cilantro
~braised short ribs with herb speatzle, winter squash puree, red cabbage, cranberry jam
~risotto with roasted mushrooms, onions & celery root, rosemary, parmesan cheese crisps, chili oil, herbs
~seafood casarecce with lobster, calamari & scallops, saffron tomato cream sauce, chilies, roasted fennel, pea tendrils, shaved moochego cheese, herb bread crumbs
~grilled pork loin with polenta, ember roasted carrots, pecans, bbq jus
~chocolate tart with marshmallow, strawberry coulis
~hazelnut butter cake with chocolate hazelnut ganache, salted caramel ice cream
~olive oil cake with lemon curd, blood orange sorbet, streusel

As a courtesy to all our guests, each table is reserved for 90 minutes.
Please wear your mask upon entering the dining room, moving around the dining room and leaving the dining room, even if you are vaccinated.
