Cornell University Commencement Weekend May 26-29

We are fully booked Saturday May 28th.

We hope you and your families are healthy and doing well. Please read this brief note for those that plan to attend Commencement this spring.

Reservations can be made via explore tock

We are unable to accept reservations for parties larger than 8 people and don’t have outdoor dining.

We will be serving a three-course prix-fixe dinner; please scroll down to view the menu. It is $100 per person, including gratuity, tax & service fees. Beverages are at an additional cost. A $30 corkage fee, per 750ml bottle will apply. Please inform us as soon as possible of any dietary restrictions or allergies, as we have a limited menu, we may have difficulty accommodating requests once your party arrives. A children’s menu is available for those 12 and under.

Our goal is to provide each and every guest with a memorable experience. As a courtesy to all our guests, your table is reserved for two hours (120 minutes). It can be challenging to provide a happy experience for those who have arrived on time and are waiting for a party that is lingering or who has arrived late. We ask all guests to please be considerate of others during this celebration time.

Table reservations are valid for the specific time and day you book. If you elect not to attend, reservations are non-refundable, nor exchangeable. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will be unable to seat you, thus cancelling your reservation. If you arrive the day of your reservation with more people than your reservation, we will not be able to seat your additional guests.

Uber or Lyft transportation are NOT possible from Trumansburg. It is advisable to make these arrangements prior to arriving.

Please wear your mask upon entering the restaurant, until you sit down, before you get up, when walking through the restaurant & when the server approaches your table. Practice physical distancing and please be kind to us, your fellow diners and mindful of our servers as they visit your table; even if you are vaccinated.

~spring caesar salad with pickled red onions, fried capers, brioche croutons (v, sf, nf)
~asparagus with crab salad, chili aioli, lemon vinaigrette, scallions, shaved radish (nf, df, gf)

second course
~pan seared halibut with asparagus, green gazpacho, pickled rhubarb, crushed pistachios, preserved lemons (gf)
~carolina gold rice with roasted mushrooms, radishes, ramp pesto (gf, df, nf, sf, v, vegan)
~braised pork shoulder with yellow corn grits, bbq, braised spring greens, grilled green onions, pecans (gf, sf, nf)
~ny strip steak with grilled spring vegetables, béarnaise, caramelized onions, red wine jus (gf, sf, nf) ($8 supplement)

third course
~dark chocolate tart with mint, cherry coulis (gf, nf, sf, df, v, vegan)
~hazelnut butter cake with chocolate hazelnut ganache, salted caramel ice cream (v, sf)
~lemon pound cake with honey streusel, lemon curd, cranberry citrus sorbet (v, nf)
